Zero tolerance
Edloomio Group BV is committed to conducting business ethically and fairly and to complying with applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws. Team members, contractors and representatives must never offer, request, give or accept bribes or other corrupt inducements.
Avoiding corrupt practices
No one acting for Edloomio may give or receive money or anything else of value to improperly influence a decision. This includes kickbacks, facilitation payments and indirect payments made through a third party.
Gifts and hospitality
Gifts, entertainment and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate and transparent. They must never create an obligation, influence a business decision or appear intended to secure an improper advantage.
Partners and record keeping
We expect contractors, business partners and other third parties to comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Edloomio maintains accurate records of transactions; false, incomplete or misleading entries are prohibited.
Reporting concerns
Suspected bribery or corruption involving team members, partners or third parties should be reported promptly to Edloomio leadership at sales@edloomio.com. Reports are handled seriously and as confidentially as reasonably possible. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
Training and consequences
Edloomio provides appropriate anti-bribery and anti-corruption guidance to team members. Breaches may lead to disciplinary action, termination of employment or contracts, and reporting to authorities where required by law. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
