Our plans limit the available tools and the total number of registered users. You cannot have more users than your account limit. If you suspend (or delete) a user, a slot comes available.

When you pay monthly by credit card, you are able to cancel your contract with edloomio on a monthly bases. When paying on a yearly basis, the contract period is 12 months and can be canceled at least 30 days before it expires. Otherwise, the contract will be extended another 12 months.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

To register more users you can upgrade your plan or suspend other user accounts. Only active users are counted for.
